Dr. Waidner has been my first choice when visiting. He's very friendly, and polite to the parents. He'll answer just about any question you have as well.

My daughter is really weird when it comes to doctors, she's still a baby and gets a little antsy when seeing the doctor. Dr. Stanley knows just how to put her at eas. He also can distract her with funny noises, uses certian items to draw her attention away from what he's doing with her. He's really great with her!

Dr. Thornton is a great doctor and does excellent with kids. He has been at Jacksonville Pediatrics for 20 years. Kids love him and mom's love him as well.

For once in her short life (she's 4) she actually doesn't mind going to the doctor. The wait time isn't that bad and the doctor's aren't just the in and out types. They actually spend some time in the room finding out what's wrong or what's right. There is a section in the waiting room for well children and one for sick children and plenty of books and a tv to keep the kids entertained. They always call to remind me of appointments and when there's an emergency they let us in right away. Also, if my daughter runs out of her asthma meds all I have to do is call and they send a script over to my pharmacy so I can go pickup. Great place and people!
