Customer Reviews

caught by a "fish"
Reviewed by elynne on 2009-07-27T13:31:43Z

I was lucky enough to work with a salesmen named "Fish". He was excellent to work with. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and then some. He really seemed to know what he was talking about and I do not feel like I got "screwed" like many people do when they're car shopping. With his help I was able to find a nice car and get a decent price on my payments. Next time I buy a car, I'm working this him!

Pros: excellent to work with, quick, informative

Cons: hard to finance with

Do not go there!!!

My wife, little baby, and I visited arlington toyota to test drive a vehicle. The salesman was all right, however the "Desk Manager" talked to him like he was and idiot the whole time we were there. The so called desk manager promised my wife and I we would be able to get a certain vehicle for under $20,000 several times only to be lied to. My wife and I waited patiently outside for 2 hours when the salesman finally walks up and has the audacity to look me in the face and offer the same vehicle, which by the way is 4 years old, he promised me for under $20,000 for $27,000. The Internet price is $20,000! This guy "Chris" acted like he was doing me a favor. "You see so many because they paid so little" is a croc. Please do not go there. They are not there to help you like they claim.

I BOUGHT A 2004 CHRYSLER SEBRING WITH 68000 MILES ON IT BACK IN MARCH. BEING EXCITED TO GET MY FIRST CAR, I DIDNT TAKE A "GOOD LOOK" OR ATLEAST DO A LITTLE INSPECTION IN THE OUTSIDE AND INSIDE OF THE CAR. I GOT IT AND WHEN I WAS FUELING THE CAR, I NOTICED THAT THERE WAS A DAMAGE IN THE BACK OF THE CAR, SO I IMMEDIATELY INFORMED THE SALESMAN AND BROUGHT BACK THE CAR THE FOLLOWING DAY. THEY AGREED TO FIX IT FOR FREE AND SET UP A DATE AND TIME TO BRING THE CAR BACK SO THEY CAN GET IT FIXED. DROVE THE CAR TO WORK AND TRIED TO TURN THE HEAT ON, BUT THERE WASN'T NO HOT AIR BLOWING, IT WAS FREEZING COLD! TALKED TO THEM AGAIN TO THEIR MANAGER NAME ANDERSON AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULDN'T FIX IT AND NOT COVERED IN THE WARRANTY. THEY WANT ME TO PAY $400 FOR THAT. I TALKED TO THE GEN. MAN. NAMED MIKE NIEVES AND I TOTALLY AGREE TO THE PREVIOUS COMMENT THAT THIS PERSON IS EXTREMELY RUDE!!! ASKING ME SOME IDIOT QUESTIONS. SO, I FINALLY BRING THE CAR SO THEY CAN FIX THE REAR SIDE AND DEFROSTER (YES, ITS BROKEN TOO!). THEY HAD MY CAR FOR 8 DAYS BUT WAS ONLY ABLE O FIX THE DEFROSTER! I WAS SO MAD! AGAIN, BROUGHT THE CAR BACK AND LEFT IT FOR THREE DAYS AND THEY FINALLY FIXED IT AFTER ALL THE TROUBLES AND WASTED TIME! I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEIR GEN MAN MIKE NIEVES AND USED CARD MAN ANDERSON ARE IDIOTS AND RUDE PEOPLE! ARLINGTON TOYOTA IS A BAD DEALERSHIP! DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THAT PLACE

Pros:

Cons: PLS DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! RIP OFF AND POOR SERVICE!

Poorest customer service for collision department
Reviewed by zp1230 on 2008-02-19T13:59:22Z

I made an appointment to bring my RAV4 into the collision department for Monday, February 18. The appointment was made the week before. By 4:00 p.m., I followed up and found out that the parts had not arrived. They offered for us to pick up the car and bring it back the next day. It was not possible, therefore, we decided not to pick up the car. On Tuesday around 11:00 a.m., I was informed that the car will be ready in about 2 hours since the parts came in. I followed up at 4:00 p.m. and found out that the car is not ready. The part delivered was cracked. I was very angry with this poor service. I called and requested to speak for the General Manager of the company and I was passed around. Instead, I was transferred to Mike Nieves, General Sales Manager, who basically stated and asked me "If I understand English?" The Arlington Toyota is advertising as the "best collision department". This is a false advertisement. No respect to customers and poor customer service. Not to mention the rudeness of the General Sales Manager assuming that I do not speak nor comprehend English. Who are this people? A General Sales Manager accusing of not comprehending English. One thing I can assure them, there will be repercussions on what is going on.

Scumbag City - Salesmen will lie to your face!

I was in the market for a Corolla or a Yaris. We did the test drive, but when we got back to the dealership, they gave me the runaround for 2 hours! They tried to talk me into getting a vehicle I didn't want, and never gave me a quote on the vehicle I wanted, claiming it didn't come in power windows, which I know is a lie, because they have at least one listed in their inventory on their website, not withstanding there are over 200 in the Southeast region! Stay away at all costs! There are plenty of other Toyota dealers in the area, but even if there weren't, I'd go across state lines before buying from these sleezebags!
