First, you have to go to THREE appointments prior to actually getting work done. He continually ordered things that were NOT covered by my insurance, one procedure, my insurance co. had never even heard of! All I wanted was my teeth cleaned, and I was told I needed a crown, all my silver fillings needed to be changed out for tooth colored fillings, etc. I exceeded my yearly maximum within a month and only got one side of my mouth done... then nearly 6 months after the last time I was in the office my credit card gets charged over $200... They claimed that insurance had failed to pay a portion that was "expected"... If so, why'd it take SIX months to decide that and WHY couldn't they have given me a courtesy call or written me a letter informing that my card would be charged?!?! I never did and never will go back there. He charges for (IMO) unneccessary things that he knows insurance won't cover... I guess that's how he gets all of his state of the art equipment!!

You call his office on Saturday,Sunday: no exist.You call on weekday , the first thing they ask :credit card. After services, they recomment the things make you poor...Everything only is money,money...You have the right to get rich,but please,do not let somebody cry!!!!!

I saw Dr Deason himself... IuI have so much anxiety with dentists, but he and his staff were all very patient and kind. He was a perfectionist and his work showed it! I have since moved to NC but I wish I could still go to see him! I wish my doc here had a panoramic view of my mouth, I think the one Dr Deason uses ensures your bite will be perfect. Also, I had to have a bite splint... his fit perfect, FIRST TIME! I haven't had another one EVER that has fit as well... I may yet make a trip down to get one!!! And comparitively speaking, he is NOT expensive! I saw him for some regular and routine stuff but also saw him for bridgework over a period of several years and found him to be a really great Doc for all of it!! Dr Deason I really really miss you!!!!
