I had to finish cleaning the car myself... Below is a letter that I wrote to the place, we'll see if I get a response.
I am very disappointed with the car wash experience I had with you. We brought our Expedition in to be cleaned and got the Diamond level car wash. I told the young lady who does the vacuuming that we were going to sell the car and to please vacuum it out well (I shouldn't have to tell them that I am selling the car to get good service and apparently it didn't matter). Upon inspecting the carpets, there was a pile of sand on the front passenger floor mat and the back had not even been touched, not to mention the third row. Secondly, we also told the attendants who dry the cars to make sure to do a good job, they did anything but. You could tell that at 5pm (when you close at 5:30) all they could think about was getting out of there. After they told us our car was ready to go, I had to get a dirty rag from one of the bins and finish wiping off the console and dash. Also, I had to remind one of them to put tire shine on the back tires. In addition, they didn't windex the inside back windows or the back windshield. I am not sure if they even put rain-x on the car because it hasn't yet rained again. I don't believe their assurances that they did, after seeing all that they didn't do. Further, as opposed to supervising his employees, the manager seemed much more concerned with making sure his own car was sparkling. It would have been nice if he had paid the same attention to ours. I am looking forward to hearing your thoughts on this matter.
