 I am a customer of this company and I am not a business but an homeowner. They service my home maintenance company. I can say that they are slow to respond, their emergency service is non existent. I have been without ac since Aug. 5 and any contact I have had with them has been initiated by me. Poor office procedures and non customer friendly personnel.
