Southern Pines Apartments Jacksonville, FL - Business
WORST apartment ever!!! There has been a large, disgusting hole in the kitchen ceiling of our apartment, #904 since October of 2006. SIX MONTHS We submitted countless requests for service were ignored. It wasn't until March of 2007 that our ceiling finally was repaired. During the rainy season our kitchen and dining room flooded every time it rained, leaving us to clean up the awful mildewy mess. These people couldn't care less about community. We found an AMAZING new appartment and are so thrilled to be out of the Southern Pines Ghetto. DON'T RENT HERE!!!! Contact me if you have questions!
