St. Pius V Parish School Reviews

We have recently left St. Pius because their standards have gone down over the years. No structured P.E. class. Parents must be involved because otherwise you do not get an accurate account of you child's progress. What a disappointment!

St. Pius V Catholic school was recently re-accrediated in October. St. Pius provides a loving, caring atmosphere. The faculty cares about the students spiritual, academic, and social life. The school has sports activities for the betterment of the students social life. They include: basketball, softball, cheerleading, and track. You will be given an account of your child's progress at least twice each quarter. You can recieve a report whenever you want. At the end of each quarter an honor assembly is held to recognize students who have never been absent or tardy and those who have achieved academically. About mid-way each quarter, an effort awards assembly is held to recognize those students who are working hard to achieve in many areas. St Pius also celebrates Black History Month each February. Students do projects and reports about outstanding African_Americans in all areas. St Pius is a school that cares for students.
